the service was very good, the delivery boys were really help full and nice,

I would ve liked to be given more details about the benefits of each matress in regards to a person's sleep habits.

I purchased a single child’s bed which I am happy with and feel it accommodates smaller bedrooms. I do feel there could be more variety on display. There was an arrow upstairs for children’s section and I expected more to view. The store was laid out nicely but a lot of the same style of bed (velvet headboard mainly). The member of staff (Francis at Paisley retail store) was very helpful and quick with the ordering and payment process which was helpful. Customer toilet not in use which would have been helpful for my mother but they directed us to the nearest alternative

Store could have been a bit bigger.

We bought the same divan within the last two years and the price had risen by £50

I was expecting to be offered a better discount for paying in full and was really disappointed there wasn't a better offer of £50 off having spent £2272.

Highly satisfied in the main with salesperson. Possibly bit pricey but good quality

Salesperson was very helpful but stock was not available and delivery times were far too long

The sales assistant was competent and knowledgeable. The system that the order was processed through was new to him and took what felt like an wxcessi amount of time. This said, we were and still are satisfied with the level of the service we received.
