We loved the sleep experience system as it really helped focus on the products which were right for us. This is really the thing that sets Dreams apart. We had browsed many different stores looking for a bed but this was what got us hooked. Also, Francis in store was a fantastic help to us - knowledgeable, patient and friendly. He is an asset to the store and the company.

We were approached as we entered Dreams by Kim an employee in a friendly manner. Asking if she could be off assistance and informing us that the showroom was being refurbished! She was attentive throughout our visit and the whole experience was relaxed. We were invited to try the bed simulator, which was really a good ice breaker, in fact we had a bit of a giggle about the experience cause we didn't expect this technology within the showroom. We were then matched to several mattresses which we tried and pillows too!!!! Covid precautions were in place at all times. I think we were n the show room for approximately 1 hour and were offered bottles of water as it was a warm day. All good we purchased the mattress we wanted and 2 pillows too! Well done Kim, we would recommend to others. Keep up the good work. to family and freinds.

I was attended as soon as I arrived at the store. The product knowledge was of a good standard. The sales representative was pleasant and answered all my queries.

The staff didnt pounce on us when entering the store, we wandered round and the salesman had a friendly approach and asked us how he could help. We were introduced to Margaret and she was really lovely and provided a first class customer service, as well as the other colleagues in the store. A pleasure from start to finish with no pressure to buy. I got the bed and mattress I needed and would highly recommend this store and the sales people

Your assistant Margaret was very helpful and gave me plenty time to try out all the mattress options. It was a nice touch to be offered a bottle of water to drink.

The salesman, Francis, was a credit to the company. He was both knowledgeable and courteous, listened to our needs, then showed us products which met our criteria. He explained the difference and benefits of the items which we were interested in purchasing in a genuine manner. At no time did we feel pressurised into making a purchase however we did in fact spend a considerable sum as we felt Francis was both open and honest in his sales technique. It was our intention on this visit to the store to gain knowledge about our intended purchase and it was due to the high level of service we received from Francis that we decided to proceed with the transaction.

Assistance was first class . Time taken to explain, offer different options without any pressure being applied. Assistant was friendly, knowledgeable and had great inter personal skills. .
