Because they wasn't enough single bed to see. Just double that comes in single form

Were not offered the chance to try the bed that tell you whether you should have a soft medium or firm bed.

No disrespect to Dreams but I did fell the price was very high and a little out our price range but was needed to be paid as my husband has a bad back and that was the dream machine reccomended, so went what was being sold to us as the best. I'm hoping that what we have paid is worth it.

No one business is perfect , you should always be able to improve on some aspects

The sales person did a good job but I wouldn't have said it was better than any other sales person that we have spoken to in our mattress search

I was satisfied

Went to store as wanted to see bed before I bought it and they did not have it in store.

We had hoped that the items we were looking at could have been delivered quicker.

The computer system was down and I unable to get a delivery date at the time. The date I was eventually given was quite a bit longer than I wanted.

Took a little while to find items on the system, but it was no problem really. Staff were very friendly & helpful
