Store was very busy Had to wait some time to do paperwork Was well looked after by staff though

In reflection I was probably a bit harsh in not selecting the highly satisfied tab, as to be fair I am.

After looking online when we visited the store there was no stock available to view

I was satisfied with the overall service received from the Dreams employee, the reason Im not 100% satisfied is the cost of items is always on the increase and when your struggling with cash it just seems to be a dent in your finances when things are so tight and costs are just soaring

The delivery times for the products were too far in advance and that was even if I went to collect them myself.

after choosing and paying for my bed in store I went home and looked online at other suppliers to find I could get the same bed from an online company for less than half the price! I work in retail and fully understand in store prices are completely different from what you pay on line but I didn't expect to see the SAME bed online at less than half the price I paid at Dreams!

I paid for the company to take away my old bed and no one else offered this, so this was the deciding factor.

THE EXPIRENCE WAS FINE

Have not yet slept on the mattress, so cannot rate highly where questions depend on this. Staff were helpful without being intrusive.

Prices were too high and not many special Black Friday deals available.
