Francis was a very helpful man who was able to recommend & show us several matresses that would suit our requirements.

I provided 2 forms of i.d and the credit agency took nearly 2 hours to reach a decision. my husband had to go home to get our marriage certificate as we had recently been married. The sales assistant had to call the credit agency twice to chase them up to make a decision.

Was a little disappointed the big half price sale wasn't really as it sounded, ended up spending a lot more than I had planned. Hopefully the proof will be in the pudding when it arrives next week.

Felt we ended up paying for an expensive mattress cause they only had one left of the one we liked

Limited choices for the item I was looking for

David made our visit an enjoyable experience, he explained the colour coding, which made it easier to make our decision, he answered all our questions with excellent product knowledge and showed personal interest in our purchase. I was impressed with David's appearance and that of his colleagues all very smart. All in all it was a positive experience.

I purchased what I was looking for. I would have been highly satisfied if the price had been lower

DELIVERY DATE 2/6/17. WHEN I WAS IN THE STORE YESTERDAY, I WAS TOLD BY A DIFFERENT SALESPERSON THAT THE PRODUCT WOULD BE AVAILABLE CIRCA 5/4/17 SO 1 MONTH DIFFERENCE IN DELIVERY BECAUSE I DELAYED MY ORDER BY 1 X DAY.

The experience was quite satisfactory

It was slightly annoying to find out that other stores offered the product at a cheaper price. The price match made up for it, still annoying though.
