None of the staff approached me when i was in the store, i had to go up and ask them

I would not normally rate any of these experiences above satisfied But I would like to say that we bought a mattress and tempur pillow and with the help of the assistant and took the traditional £85 and at no point were we told it was non returnable which an expensive mistake if not correct after 2mins trying it out. It turned out to be too stiff and after a few phone calls it was exchanged (in was only used for 2 hours as had to change it through the night. It was also protected while in use). The softer one is suitable by the way.

Good quick service with no hard sell

Highly satisfied is never achieved by us when shopping for anything but especially when having to fill in customer surveys. The quality of products will not be known until we have used them and future use of the shop depends on price and remembering where we bought our mattress.

I thought bed would be assembled after delivery and rapping taken away, this was not the case. Delivery personnel said delivery of bed and removal of old bed was all that had been booked. I do not recollect any conversation with salesperson regarding assembly of bed. When I read your information leaflet it implied that the bed would be assembled after delivery and we were under the impression that this would be the case.

Prices were higher than expected and the range of products can tend to be confusing

Waiting for my order to be delivered then I could give a more accurate feedback.

It's not an issue with the store as such, but paying £39 for delivery on a £550 mattress is poor. It should be free on items over £500.

I was treated politely and professionally. The cup of tea was a nice touch (cold day)!
