Thought the price of the mattress's was rediculously high

Staff were very helpful.

I was very satisfied with the customer service. The sales man appeared to be on his own as it was later in the evening, so we had to wait to be served, but over all the service was very satisfactory.

I wanted a plain wooden headboard & you only had slated or cushioned. I ended up taking the slated which wasn't what I really wanted. Plus, I think the item is a bit on the expensive side.

I never give a top rating to anyone when filling out these surveys as I feel no matter how good an experience I have it is human nature for people to relax their attention to details if they constantly get high ratings therefore affecting the service future customers receive.

The bed and mattress was due to be delivered on the 13th July. I have been told today it will be at least a week before the missing item will arrive at the distribution centre. I have this morning disposed of the old bed so am camping out on the sofa. I will now have to do this for a whole week and not just one night which is utterly unacceptable. Why was I given this delivery date if it was not achievable? I am seriously considering cancelling the order now. I hate to be messed about and will never buy anything from Dreams again.

I personally found it hard to find the bed names as there were a few I was wanting to check out asI'd seen them online. Sales associate pointed me in the direction of what I was looking for.

If I can have what I have come looking for, then I am satisfied.

I was not happy with the cost of deliver and the cost of removal and recycle of old bed.
