Dreams - Abbotsinch

I was looking for a Hypnos mattress, after my recent stay at a Premier Inn, but none were available at this store, therefore I couldn't compare, and purely went with the assistance advise. Was also disappointed on having to pay £39 towards the delivery, after Paying over a £1000 on a bed, I would have expected free delivery.

Overall we were highly delighted with our experience, and the staff were very pleasent.

Was not told balance needed to be paid 7 days before delivery. Mobile and email details were not recorded and since home phone does to accept call centre calls there was no means on contact

Offered greater discount on preliminary estimate. Actual order discount much diminished because we did not buy unnecessary "insurance / guarantee" cover.

I would of liked more choice , In both styles and fabric choice. Also i would of liked there to be choice of slat or solid base in each design even if it was an added upgrade . but I'm happy with my purchase in the end

There was nothing negative about the experience, staff and assistance were excellent, I was not highly satisfied as I was spending quite a high amount of money and find making large purchases a bit stressful, not really anything due to Dreams or staff.

When I purchased the bed I was told if I find it anywhere cheaper I would be refunded the difference only to find out that the bed was exclusive to dreams and couldn't price match it anywhere else but could have had a similar bed cheaper

I was very satisfied with my visit. Theresa seemed to know what she was talking about and what exactly my needs were. Been to another place for a bed only one staff member and didn't have a clue about any of his mattresses . So good experience in dreams x
