We spent ages deciding which mattress to buy with lots of help from the sales colleague John (code B310) wh seemed to listen attentively to our needs and helped us reach a decision we both were happy with. Then he went and ordered us the wrong mattress. It is all resolved now but we were pretty annoyed at the hassle and delay involved when he really should have known his product well enough to order the correct one in the first place.

free delivery advertised online is not available in store so decided to order online to save costs. however website was very difficult to navigate and would not accept a flat as the address. Contacted my local store and they were more than happy to help out, order placed in store without any issue and delivery cost removed to match online as I had trouble. Staff were very helpful and accommodating explaining everything as they went.

Delay in acknowledging alterations to order and confirming delivery times.

1. Cool pillows were out of stock. 2. Had to come back the following day to complete credit as the system crashed. Sales staff were very helpful, however.

Highly satisfied is too high a category. Perhaps you might like to put in a 'very satisfied' stage between them. I would have used that.

The experience was fine just not mind blowing

I was perfectly happy with the service I got & the girl i dealt with originally (Donna) was excellent & really helpful. When i placed my order the store manager took it (Donna wasnt in) & he forgot to mention that my tables wouldnt come at the same time as the bed. Donna called me to explain, but it was really not a big deal
