Lack of assitance, the staffs do not approach you. I asked a member of staff to help us to choose a mattress he did not seem bother at all. Had to wait too long to place my order.

I went to a store and enquired about a mattress for my son, I shopped around and then came back .. anyway the gentleman we originally spoke to was sitting down and didn’t speak to us again,no eye contact nothing ! .. he sent another colleague who rushed the purchase through .. I was only purchasing a single mattress so I felt like then couldn’t be bothered !

I personally felt the sale person was quiet pushy. I had been in the previous day and asked about the finance options after discussing with the employee i would like to carry out the buy now pay later scheme they did not inform me that i would require certain identification to arrange this. Of the day of purchase i felt like the sales person did not appreciate that i had to contact my partner to discuss the purchase and they made me feel a bit uncomfortable by not giving me the privacy and space to make this phone call. Additionally he did not advise me on any of the fiance options and i had to ask to carry out the buy no pay later scheme. He did not explain any of the other available options to me.

It is perhaps personal preference, but despite indicating we would like to look around on own own, the sales assistant we very...present. We felt like we were being watched and any time we stopped by a bed for more than a minute or two, she would join us. We felt under pressure and although we bought a bed, this was because we needed one, and I'm not sure wewuld choose to shop here again.

description of products on order form was confusing and led to an overcharge of approx £20.00 which I did not notice until i got home and downloaded my email copy (a practice I will not repeat).Stephen is arranging credit for this. Both my wife and myself are sure that we are still being overcharged by £39.00 for a green bag but according to Stephen on our revisit that was agreed?????? (£39.00 for a poly green bag is extortion))

Told we would get free delivery...charged £39.00. Wrong base delivered. Base damaged. Dirty on delivery but cleaned by delivery team. Mattress is marked in several places, reported all of this to the store manager on 14 Aug, to date no contact from customer service.

I am a registered disabled man of 73, walking with a stick and parking in the disabled bay. At no time in the sales process, did the salesperson make reference to me having to put my old mattress in a collection bag or having to disassemble the old bed. He knew that this would not be possible for me The first time I realised that this was required of me was when I read the Mattress Collection Bag that the salesperson had but in my car along with the pillows I had purchased. Similarly, there is no mention of this requirement in the terms and conditions attached to the order. I phoned immediately and await a response from the Shop. Surely I am not the only customer with these issues! I eagerly await this problem to be resolved

We had no communication regarding the delivery slot until an email at 1.27am for delivery between 7.30am and 9.30am. I had been expecting a text message the day before but the first I knew was a phone call from the driver at 7.15am that they were about to arrive. The store knew that we had to go to the delivery address which is 12 miles away. This was completely unacceptable and we shall not trust Dreams again.

Stated I did not want to wait 4weeks for delivery of a bed and mattress consultant stated no issue but when I paid for items was told delivery was 6th June however after leaving shop checked receipt & only mattress paid for went back to shop & paid for bed & told will call with delivery date I had to call & told 28th june or I could just take mattress 6th june! I need both as king size so believe I was hoodwinked as he wanted the sale & he knew I would not have bought as advised did not want to wait 4 wks checked cancellation policy & cant cancel so no point in complaining
