we were overcharged by more than £300, this could not be sorted at the shop and has taken around 2 weeks to possibly be sorted. ! took a day off to wait in for the agreed delivery day. It never appeared. Called the shop twice....no one called back. It will be another week before my delivery comes. Please change the company name to Nightmares,,,, As a journalist who has to deal with complaints your service stinks to high heaven...never ever again. You have not done nearly enough to make me happy, odd excuses and no offer of compensation for the day spent waiting for something that would never come

When I bought my 2 mattresses I was given a delivery date of 5/9/15 so I made arrangements to be available on this date for delivery I was told I would get a phone call by 9am to be given a 4 hour timeslot by 10 o'clock I had no phone call so I phoned customer service who told me my delivery date was the 7/9/15 when I informed them that wasn't right I was basically told tough that is the date on the system when I went back into the store they were baffled as to why the date had been changed why I wasn't told of any change I was then told to go home and they would contact me which they didn't do until late afternoon to tell me there was nothing that could be done and delivery was going to be on 7/9/15 so for the next 2 night myself my wife and daughter had to sleep on blow up beds as our old mattresses where already taken away which I also informed the store about so all in all very poor experience and very poor customer service.

Staff checked availability of item and confirmed it was in stock, the order was placed based on this confirmation. After checking on the delivery date it was discovered that the item was not in stock and it had to be ordered with a 1 month waiting time. Tried to call the Cust Service number and the auto routing system didn't live up to its name, went round in circles as the system didn't recognise the first 3 digits of the order number. Called the store direct to complain and cancel the order, no member of staff could assist with this type of complaint and the store manager was not onsite to deal, I was told that he was at another store and was refused the details of the store to call him direct.
