Kim was very friendly and interested in what we needed. She spent lots of time with us, explaining and describing tbe products and the science behind them.

Paula was very patient nothing was a hassle my autistic daughter ordered bed she has learning difficulties I liked how she took a her time with her

I bought beds mattresses and headboards a few years ago, and was delighted so I came back to the store in abbotsinch Scotland for my new mattress Kim the assistant was so friendly and helpful as I have walking problems she was patient and brilliant 👏🏻👏🏻

Purchase was for my daughter who I accompanied, the adviser ensured she engaged my daughter and recommended products and the reasons why to her she also recommended using the “computer “ bed to assist my daughter
