Kim the sales assistant was just fantastic. We were made so welcome. She wasn’t pushy. She offered us water , listened carefully to what we were looking for, offered suggestions and was just so helpful.

I just wanted to write a note & I am also phoning in directly to the store to speak to a manager and compliment Paula from the Hillington store on her knowledge and unbelievable customer service. Paula listened to everything I was looking for, gave me many options, and most of all I felt like she was interested and passionate about her role. I work in retail myself and know how challenging it is to deal with a different variety of customers and problems day to day. I can honestly say I was blown away with Paula & her friendly manner. She definitely deserves to be awarded. I hope this will get passed on and her efforts are noticed. Can’t thank her enough for helping me choose my new bed to finish off my newly decorated room! 10/10! Would definitely come back to Dreams to buy again, the service in Hillington beats any store in Glasgow. Thank you.

Friendly and efficient service. Comfy mattresses

Margaret the lady who helped us was very helpful suggesting products that suit our needs. She explained the cover for the bed care well and suggested accessories that would go with our mattress purchase and helped us to save money aswell

The shop assistant, named Margaret, had been very helpful on the phone to my daughter when she rang about availability of an adjustable bed for my wife. When I visited the store with my daughter, I was shown various types of bed and mattress, and with Margaret's advice was able to choose a "Sleepmotion" 200i bed which I think will suit my wife's situation. The reasonably short delivery time was also important to us.

Margaret was amazing, sourced us the right products and advised us what products suits us best.
