The assistant that helped us (Paula) was great. I was buying a new double mattress for my 18 year old daughter and Paula spent time explaining everything to us, then gave us space to try different products as well as the bed scanning system to work out what type of mattress best suited. She also explained why certain ones were most suitable in terms of firmness. When we left the store we both discussed the great service, which is not something I would normally do. Paula just had a really good approach, was not pushy at all and it felt like she was looking after our interests. Overall, outstanding service.
