The lady who dealt with me was very helpful and offered us water. She explained different options of bed colours and mattresses.

Very knowledgable member of staff who spent a lot of time with us. We also had a two year old with us so he was very patient!

Kim was very helpful and patient when allowing me to choose a mattress and bed .

The sales assistant was super helpful to ensure we purchased what we wanted with minimum fuss

Paula spent a lot of time listening to what we were looking for and making recommendations

The member of staff (Kim I believe her name was) that served us was brilliant. She spent lots of time with us and really tried to find the best product for us. We were torn between the bed a your store and one from a competitor and in reality your member of staff was a large part of why we chose to place the order with dreams. The products are of course outstanding which helps.

Nice advisor. No issues at all from start to finish

Was given time to have a wander around. Then asked if I wanted some help. Was shown the items I was interested in and told to try them out which helped with my decision. Then proceeded to check out, was offered and given bottled water as it was so warm. Lady made my visit so easy and complete in no time. Very friendly. Excellent.

Great customer service from start to finish and such a great price for my new mattress . Also didn’t expect delivery to be so soon so that was a bonus !

Kim was amazing with us. Very helpful and fun! The Sleep machine was a blast too
