Margaret who I dealt with at your Abbotsinch Retail Park store was friendly upon my arrival, listened to my needs, explained the sleepmatch, took on board fully what I told her & from start to finish made the whole experience simple & effortless. The staff were available, friendly and knowledgable. They we patient with me while I took the time to decide in a bug purchase and gave me the space to do so with our hovering. Also checked in offering refreshments
