Kim who helped me pick my bed was very friendly and helpful. Kim went and got a tape measure to make sure of the height I had available for the headboard to fit in. I came back to dreams as I bought my last bed from there and it’s lasted 10 yrs.

Myself and my partner came into the store just to get a look at what was on offer however left with our perfect mattress. We were greeted by Margaret when we entered the store who asked if we wanted to use the machine to determine the best mattress for us. Once we had done this Margaret then showed us the mattresses recommended and was great! She was knowledgeable and friendly and we were really impressed with the service we received and very much looking forward to our new mattress being delivered.

From the moment we walked through the door , the assistant Kim greeted us and explained all about the matching a bed to our needs, we also had a budget in mind that she tried very hard to stick , the budget we gave her was very limited ,but we soon realised that we set an almost impossible task for her, but she stuck with us and helped us with excellent customer service 🙂
