The staff were extremely helpful and very attentive. The assistant who was helping me was very understanding of the type of mattress I was looking for and was happy to walk me to each recommended mattress and provide an explanation of the features of each. I was incredibly pleased with the service and general friendliness of the staff.

Kim was extremely approachable and helpful. She was amazing and even said she "never assumed" when taking details from a customer. With one of your competitor companies, it had previously been assumed I was married and needed my husbands permission to buy a mattress when I was using my own money to purchase it. She neither assumed I was married, needed a mans permission or anything else about my private life. She was professional the entire time.

The employees who spoke to us were very friendly and efficient and went out of their way to be helpful. Also they did not rush us giving us plenty of time to choose our purchases

I was happy with the service that i received. The store assistant was very helpful as soon as we entered the store. When i chose the product the person was very good at making it easy for delivery of my bed. I would certainly recommend the store to other people for service and quality of the product.
