Kim was extremely helpfull and patient during our visit ..her knowledge and advice was great and she helped us choose the correct mattress and bed for my needs ..would def recommend this store

Was greeted at the door by Kim, then was explained the store layout, Was given time to have a look about, then was approached by Kim to ask how I was doing and from there she showed me beds to suit my needs, Answered all the questions I had with good knowledge, Was offered a bottle of water while my order was being processed which was a nice touch as the mezzanine was very hot,

I was very impressed by the high level of product knowledge and professionalism that Kim demonstrated during our visit to the Dreams store.

I was ordering the same divan base and mattress as I had done last March 2020. The salesman, David, could not have been more helpful. Sorted the order clearly and, when it turned out the divan was now £100 more than last year, threw in assembly for free and managed another slight discount which - given the excellent service last year, despite a long lockdown delay - was much appreciated!

The lady sales assistant was extremely helpful in me achieving the mattress that I was looking for .One must bear in mind it is not every day one makes such a purchase but the lady was very patient and took her time to discuss the pros & cons of the mattresses that I tried. The only problem was when she accessed the sock on the computer there was none and no date when there would be any due in. Anyway I decided to o ahead with the purchase but I do not have any idea when it will be delivered. Allan Glen

The girl who served us was friendly, experienced, very knowledgeable and she put me completely as ease. I think her name was Kim and I would have no problem in recommending her to my friends and family.

Excellent customer service and products

We made 2 visits to Dreams, two days apart, the same lady helped with our enquiries. We had to come home to check things, on our return visit the same lady recognised us & dealt very proficiently with our purchase. Knew where Innellan was & it's not an Island & there would be no trouble with delivery, as there often is, so very well done.
