Mark guided us through the process of choosing a new bed and mattress expertly and without fuss. He was also able to recommend mattresses suitable for children too. Pleasant and friendly service provided during what is clearly difficult working arrangements.

Mark spend a good bit of time with us going over different options to meet our needs, nothing was too much trouble including switch matresses on frames to fined the right one for us.

Customer service was outstanding by Margaret. Knew her products and was extremely helpful to choose the correct bed for our ailments also going on the virtual bed was second to none 😴

Francis the assistant was very patient and helpful with measurements and final choice, we came in looking for a sofa bed and he convinced us to purchase a double bed for our guest bedroom, he also explained the extent of the additional cover, and incidentally myself and other customers had a good bit of banter with Francis and the other staff on duty, we left the shop laughing and satisfied...well done Francis!

The assistant Paula was very knowledgeable concerning the mattress products. She explained the mattress identification computerised process and put us at ease during this interactive process. She was very patient with myself and wife and we tried and re-tried all the identified mattresses from our computerised results even though I had originally stated my intention of researching the mattresses and costs on the internet before making any purchase. Despite this assertion on my part she was very professional and spent a considerable amount of time and effort in assisting us to select the most appropriate mattress. As a result of her knowledge and manner, and after a short conversation with the Store Manager Mark we made our mattress purchase there and then.
