Knowledgeable and thorough

We were served by a lady called Margaret, she was very helpful and friendly. We had our autistic daughter with us and Margaret was very patient and kind to her. She offered her a quiet seat and pencil and paper. This made a big difference to our trip. I think staff having knowledge of Autism is a huge benefit.

We were assisted by Kim who was so lovely. She asked the right questions to give us the help we desperately needed and was so friendly and kind throughout. Cannot praise her enough!

We were highly satisfied with our experience at Dreams (Paisley stor because the store was well set out, the selection of beds and mattresses were great and the staff (Margaret at the Paisley store) was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Excellent service throughout!

I've used this Dream's store for a few of our rooms now and always have a brilliant experience with the staff and how helpful and friendly they are. David always goes above and beyond to make sure all our questions are answered and finding us something that suits our needs and manager Mark was on hand for extra help when David was dealing with others. Definitely a little Dream Team!! Always recommend this store to friends and family and ways tell them to ask for David!

A different staff member saw us when we came in but was with another customer so they quickly let Kim know who was with us vert quickly as she finished up with another couple. She was then friendly, helpful and we'll informed. She guided us through all the products and built up a good rapport with my husband who hates shopping!
