On entering the store we were approached by a team member asking if we required any help, we asked if we could look around by ourselves and the team member acknowledged our request and informed us should we need assistance we were just to ask . Overall a very good experience within the store

I phoned the store to see if the Florence bed was in stock. Mark, Store Manager, said he was waiting delivery and would call when it arrived. He called twice to update me on expected arrival, then Kim called to confirm it was available to see. On arrival at the store she could not have been more helpful, even giving me some interior design tips. Also spoke to Mark who was also very helpful. A great team, dedicated to excellent customer service.

Mark was very helpful assisting us with our choice of bed explaining different options, he was extremely professional and made us feel welcome in the store would not hesitate to return in the future.

Having researched best choice, availability and quality, followed advice on your easy to follow website, booked a slot and printed out what items I was keen to try and see. Arrived at store 5 mins ahead of time, very clean and COVID aware, approached in gentle time by very helpful member of staff (David) who when showed items I was interested in, confirmed all in store and went to see. Ended up bought complete set - new bed, mattress, duvet, x2 pillow and mattress protector. Delivery date sorted, great value for money with 20% off items I had been looking at regardless of any sale etc....job done !!!

Spoke to a gentleman called Francis Very knowledgeable, and mate the process very effortless.

It was a straight forward process. There was no pressure to place an order and we were not rushed into making a decision
