Very helpful staff in Showroom and the delivery men were very and we had no problems

My partner and I have just bought a house so everything is very new to us. Mark talked us through everything step by step and made the process very smooth. The store was busy when we went in but Mark stayed after closing time to finish our sale (for which I was extremely grateful for). His knowledge of the products was excellent. I had a great experience in the store and will definitely return. Brilliant customer service from Mark Daly.

Kim was very knowledgeable and helpful. Very understanding as we just popped in for a browse and ended up buying, without having exact measurements of the room we were proposing to put the product.

Paula and Margaret who served us were excellent, great knowledge, very helpful and attentive.

I went into the store knowing roughly what I would like to order having looked online. I was made aware of a great promotion so I got a great saving. The sales staff were great and Kim who took my order was lovely, she explained everything I needed to know about what I was buying and answered all of my questions. She suggested I use the dream sleep machine to get the correct mattress for me, I used this and it was very good. I then tried all the mattresses before making my decision. I was also made aware of the protection I could purchase to cover my bed/mattress in case anything went wrong with it and I also got a free mattress protector!

David - who helped us in store was a credit to Dreams. His product knowledge was good and allowed us time to consider options. He was friendly and relaxed as well as being efficient in processing our order. Thank you
