We went into the store 10 minutes before closing time but Kim still spend so much time with us to make sure we chose the right mattress. She was so helpful and knowledgeable.

Margaret was absolutely fantastic, the customer service was amazing and we couldn't have asked for more help with anything.

I headed into Dreams at Abbotsinch after a friend was highly impressed at their service and knowledge a few weeks earlier. They had since gotten a bed from them and been loving it since it arrived. My husband and I knew we needed information on new mattresses but didn't quite know what we were looking for. Staff member Kim was so amazing at helping walk us through the process of finding the perfect mattress for us. Kim provided us with lots of custom options. After heading home to think about the best choice for us I went ahead and spend the next few days researching. Ultimately Kims customer service and her ability to find the perfect mattress for us was the reason we came back and purchased with Dreams. I honestly found options compariable in other stores but Kims wonderful knowledge of the product and extended warranty and customer service was the reason we went back in to spend a little more than we had originally planned. Thank you so much Kim. If possible I'd love to have the passed back to Kim. I know how important it is to feel valued in your role and Kim was a wonderful example of the experience you can have in store with Dreams, thank you Kim!

We were greeted by a very friendly assistant who knew exactly what we needed I have to say it’s the first time visiting dreams and it won’t be the last From the staff to the manager every one was very friendly this impressed me and my husband and all went out of their way to help Your should be very proud of this store

We're not hounded by sales staff....very friendly and was nice to be offered a bottle of water and was good to have toilet facilities. Francis was a pleasure to deal with. Very nice experience 👌
