We had an initial problem with an online order whereby the time it took to speak to an advisor was very long which I understand as people arc working from home however I had to repeatedly call back and the issue was not rectified. I then visited the Hillingdon Glasgow branch and the assistant Manager Margaret helped us immensely. She sorted every problem we had, completed another order and very diligently took us through the process with ease and a great degree of knowledge and helpfulness, she was a lovely lady who is an asset to the company.

The customer service was excellent. He took time to understand and recommend a bed based on our tastes. His knowledge of the products was great and in-depth. We purchased our mattress, frame and pillows based on his recommendations, his personable manner and knowledge of the product, but also because he took the time to understand our tastes and what was important to us.
