The lady who served me was very welcoming and friendly but not over powering which was good, i knew exactly what i was looking for after checking online and the advisor should me all the extra benefits and how to complete things , was not sure i was going to go for the new mattress but after trying a few and the girl again not been overpowering but very helpful i decided to go for one , very friendly and chatty but knew her stuff. If the beds is as good as the customer service i would highly recommend and return to this store.
