The lady who served me was very welcoming and friendly but not over powering which was good, i knew exactly what i was looking for after checking online and the advisor should me all the extra benefits and how to complete things , was not sure i was going to go for the new mattress but after trying a few and the girl again not been overpowering but very helpful i decided to go for one , very friendly and chatty but knew her stuff. If the beds is as good as the customer service i would highly recommend and return to this store.

The store was very clean Kim the assistant wasn't pushy in any way happy for me to brows without pressure.asked if I would like to take the bed test where it calculates what bed (matress) would suit my needs Assistant getting me a pillow with a protective cover to test the special technology no rush no hassle. Offering water every protection during this pandemic very good indeed. Had been in another store prior to Dreams which limited protection minimal assistance Dreams & assistant very good thank 🧒

David was lovely, gave us space to discuss finances and no pressure. open and honest chat about black friday and possible price change with good solution.
