The lady who helped us was verry good at explaining the difference in the beds and helping me to get the best bed for me. I didn't feel intimate as she explaind very clearly the difference between beds and listend to why I needed a new bed before she shod the difference between the beds

Store assistant Kim was extremely knowledgeable and extremely helpful without being pushy.

The sale person knew what we were looking for and gave us good advice on our purchase.

We entered the store with no intention of buying on the day but rather browse the products. Mark the salesman was friendly and welcoming without being pushy. When we did have some questions he was on hand to answer them and then give us the expert review that lead to us buying the product we were helped to choose. Very happy with the experience. The only possible problem may be with delivery. We were quoted one week but within a few days that has been extended to three weeks or more. While we understand the current delivery issues with just about everything, we are disappointed in the current situation. Hopefully it will be addressed and rectified.

Kim did a fantastic job of establishing what our needs were and then in finding the most suitable bed for us.
