Was given assistance very quickly after entering the store. The knowledge and expertise the member of staff Kim gave me was excellent. She took into consideration my needs and budget and gave me exactly what I was looking for. So happy with my purchase and the experience I had. Felt safe and looked after the whole time.

Your member of staff was not overbearing or too pushy. He let us have a look at all the products before we asked for his help. He took the time to go through all the products that your bed matcher recommended. I would highly recommend the paisley store. We ordered there and then and the mattress is being delivered on Saturday. Thank you!!
