There were 3 members of staff on the floor and they collectively worked together to make the process as easy as possible, it was a pleasant experience and we got the correct bed for us.

As soon as I walked into the store I was met by a lovely worker! And she educated me on buying a new mattress which is what I needed and didn’t pressure me into anything

The sales person we saw, Francis, was helpful throughout and clearly knew the products and understood what we wanted.

Kim was great, very knowledgeable and listen to our requirements. Really pleased with the service and store.

The Lady helped us understand all the different aspects of the types of beds we were interested in, and had great knowledge to help us choose the correct one. She was polite, frendly and very helpful and is a credit to your company. Would certainly visit her and your store again. 10 out of 10 score.
