She was attentive but not overbearing, and had a very calm energy about her which helped us make a relaxed decision for our purchase. She showed many more outstanding qualities such as; friendliness, humorous, she knew her stuff, caring, passionate about her job, going the extra mile by offering us bottled water, and much more.
