We had 2 visits. At the first visit we went on the bed that tells you what type of mattress you should get and for a couple with different ailments this was very helpful. Kim was great at showing us our options. We went away and had a think and came back to buy with no problems

On approaching a member of the sales team ,he introduced himself (Fraser),asked us what our requirements were and shows us the relevant products ,He was not pushy but gave us good information to allow us to make our choice
