My mum had visited the store herself the day previously, but did not want to commit without me being there. When we visited the next day, the girl came straight over and welcomed my mum again and explained to me everything she had ran over with mum the day before. Her knowledge was great, and I felt extremely comfortable with all the info she gave us. She obviously spent a bit of time chatting to my mum, as she referred to their conversation on many occasions. Very good customer service indeed, and she absolutely deserved the sale.

David was so helpful. This is my first house and it has been a stressful process as my mum recently passed away. David was so helpful, took time to show us round and explain the beds in detail. The products didn’t just sell it to me, the customer service was also a big factor!
