Didn’t know what we wanted in a mattress and was put at ease the moment we walked into the store would highly recommend to anyone to shop in the store

The sales person who attended to me really good. He was patient and knowledgeable. I wish I can remember his name but my purchase was done in the 16/8/21 in the aberdeen store at about after 5pm. I was genuinely pleased.

Morag was a very approachable, helpful and knowledgable during our visit which made the purchase of the bed easy and stress free.

We had been to a different bed shop before going to Dreams, and it was like chalk & cheese between the two. Dreams was far superior in so many ways, we were able to go on the machine that tells us the best type of bed for us, we were surprised by the prices we thought they would be more expensive, however they were cheaper and better quality. The best thing about our visit was Morag she knew her stuff and was amazing with our little 4yr old making him feel involved

Morag was very helpful and took her time to communicate with us due to us being deaf, wrote down on paper, fingerspelling etc. Very deaf awarness she was. She was also very friendly and offer us water when we needed it. Five stars to Morag

The gentleman that assisted us was very helpful and knowledgeable about your products, I had lots of questions and he was able to answer them all. I also liked the fact that he wasn’t annoying and didn’t follow us round the store like they do in other furniture shops. I think he was called Steve (KittyBrewster store).
