Quick and easy, a nice experience and we got what we wanted within our budget.

The system for deciding which mattress suited was wonderful and hopefully gets us the right product

Ishbel offered excellent customer service, from helping find the right mattress for me right through to processing my order for bed, mattress and accessories. She was very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable in the products which made my decision making a lot easier. She was also very understanding having a 5 year old with me who just wanted to play on beds!

I have always had my family doing this in the past and this was the first time that I shopped for a bed independently. Ishbell was very patient, knowledgeable and friendly in answering my questions and helping me make a well informed choice. The staff were very warm overall. Morag and Colin were very warm and helpful too. They got me a cup of hot chocolate as I waited as well. Understanding that I would have multiple payments to see to due to my circumstances, they did offer me some financial options to pay the amount over 20 months as well. Overall I left the store very satisfied with the purchase and the staff.

All of the staff had great social skills very down to earth and looked after their customers with offers of refreshments, all were from Glasgow apart from one, I felt sorry for her. Lol Being from Falkirk myself I can't really brag can I? For me the staff having a sense of humour certainly helped in my choosing to buy from this particular store. Thanks to Morag

Berny, the sales assistant was fantastic

The sales woman was so nice to me and my disabled mum at the store and her name was Berny as she was lovely

Very helpful and friendly staff

The Dreams Rep (Steve) was very helpful without being annoying unlike many sales people. We found what we were looking for with the right level of help from Steve.
