We were greeted by hand sanitiser on entry which was extremely reassuring. The store assistants were all wearing masks and used sanitiser spray before and after we tested the beds. The assistants were all very helpful, friendly and not at all pushy! Morag in the Aberdeen store was brilliant; very approachable and knowledgable which made making our purchase easy and stress-free

Friendly staff reasonable delivery time

Throughout the process the staff were knowledgeable and everything was dealt with smoothly.

We were realy happy with the service given, we were left to browse at our own leisure and were given excellent prompt friendly service when we asked for it.

We were looked after very well by the assistant and were able to make our minds up quickly as to what we wanted to purchase. Thankyou.

Did want to take away headboard ,but have to wait 4weeks or you deliver

We were highly satisfied. Staff were excellent. Very good manner. Not pushy or overbearing, just gave us the help we required.

The only negative thing I can really say, is the assistant wouldn’t leave us alone to just look. Once he got an idea of what we looking for his persistence was rather annoying
