The sales assistant was friendly and knowledgeable about the products. She showed me all my choices of mattress and gave me time to try each one - she wasn’t pushy at all. She also recommended a memory foam pillow as I have neck problems (I bought it and had a fantastic night’s sleep!) I also ordered a new mattress. All in all I’m happy with my experience at Dreams!
