Very happy with the time our sales assistant spent with us helping us choose our bed. We didn't not feel rushed or pressured to buy. We felt like our needs were listened to and anything we were unsure of was clarified.

The two members of staff we dealt with could have been more helpful, and we’re equally pleasant to deal with throughout the whole process.

Denise the assistant was very friendly and professional and put us at ease right away she showed us plenty of options and gave us time to decide. We were also offered tea or coffee which we accepted and it was pretty good Overall a very pleasant experience.

The staff were pleasant understood my needs showed me functions of the bed I was purchasing and were very patient. It was a hot day and they gave me and my daughters water altogether it was a pleasant experience compared with another bedding shop that I had visited.
