Friendly staff with excellent product knowledge spent time explaining the products. I felt very relaxed, even though I tried several types of mattress, the staff member Andrew was very patient and understanding and made the whole experience easy and comfortable.

I was placed in the sleep sensor thing to get the right bed for me. I explained that I had the waymouth mattress already and wanted something the same and I was given the best choice

I had previously purchased a couple of beds from Bensons. W went to Bensons first but they couldn’t supply what we were after for about 6 weeks so we decided to go to Dreams to see if our needs could be met. The chap that dealt with us understood what we were after and dealt with our particular delivery needs in the time frame we wanted and our specific delivery requirements

I was up in Scotland because my mum had a fall. The mattress was for her, the lady in the shop was amazing

The Staff members have been very helpful, showing us the varying items they have and helping us with finding the right product. With the knowledge of using nw technology was very helpful too.

Friendly staff member, we knew what type of divan we wanted, took us straight to the options, gave prices quickly and we were delighted with delivery date as well

Andrew was our adviser in the Ayr store, he was fabulous and took his time explaining everything to us. I suffer from chronic back pain and he was so patient with us and explained very so well.

We spoke to Denise who put us at ease she talked us through the different types of mattresses,her product knowledge was very good. We left to shop around but came back a couple hours later and Denise welcomed us back and we placed the order . Denise went through the warranty with us explaining things she was very persuasive but not annoying so thank you
