Extremely helpful staff with excellent knowledge

We called into the Ayr Heathfield Store and a very professional friendly gentleman called Kieran promptly attended to our needs . Kieran had excellent knowledge of products and was able to advise us the mattress we identified could be delivered in 3 days . Order placed easily and mattress delivered in 3 days by David who was polite , respectful to my elderly father and followed social distancing guidelines with reassuring attention to detail.

I couldn't speak highly enough of the staff in the store. They were so helpful and friendly.

The store colleague Andy was extremely helpful from start to finish, nothing was a bother and he was very approachable. He helped us pick a beautiful and comfy bed and we are looking forward to it being delivered. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Walked in with the wife needing a new bed & mattress for our new home, the sales lady Denise was absolutely spot on! Took the robotic sales pitch out of normal shopping for big items and we left considering Denise a friend, outstanding knowledge and a lovely member of your team who showed expertise and professionalism throughout! Your company should consider its self very very lucky to have her. We got a new bed cram mattress and pillows. Spend over 2k but was more than happy to do so as I felt extremely comfortable in store, especially with the bed matcher computer thingy!!
