I was highly satisfied because the timing Andrew took to talk me through what I was buying to make sure I was buying the correct thing, also made me aware of the all services that comes along. I got to take my duvet and mattress protector home with me too! Great customer service

The staff in the store were just AMAZING! We were looked after by Denise who is so passionate about her job and that really came Across to us, she really took time to listen to what we were looking for and the staff in the store in general were so lovely they really had a great atmosphere in the store which is good when you are in a store for a long time it makes the overall experience fun.

The way the member of staff greeted us, Andrew was very polite, he listened to my needs, I have a very Painful hip possible soon replacement, I am 73 yrs of age and have a few other aches and pains so needed a newer, more comfortable/supportive mattress, he helped me with testing several and was very knowledgeable about each mattress I tried, he explained in nice simple terms how each one was made and how they worked with me, I was very impressed with the overall exp

Great friendly staff with good experience of all the products

I found staff very friendly and pleasant. sales assistant Chloe went above and beyond to help my elderly mum, we found her very patient and totally compassionate regarding my mothers needs, health and mobility. The Ayr dreams branch are exceptionally lucky to employ this young lady.

We loved the way they tested the type of Mattress that would suit us. Garth was a very helpful chap, and didn't push us in to buying anything we didn't want. We will certainly be back.
