I was met soon after entering the store by Denise who was very friendly and welcoming. I was looking to buy a bed and a mattress and she was very knowledgeable as regards this. She spent time explaining the various items and assessing what my needs were. My purchase was completed quickly and efficiently, explaining each process as it happened. A very nice experience by a lovely, friendly and efficient member of staff.

Andy was so relaxed and friendly, when we left we fekt we had known him for years. He was extremely knowledgeable and seemed to know what we were looking for after a quick chat about what we have ar present and tge reason for purchasing a new mattress
