Very friendly staff understood what we needed and wanted and helped to satisfy our needs. The building was very clean the staff were amazing and couldn't ask for a better service

Your colleague was friendly and helpful and listened to my needs before giving advice. He explained the 40 night guarantee which I hadn’t noticed. I was especially pleased with the fact that, being exempt from wearing a mask I was not questioned or challenged or treated any differently to pre covid times. This is not Always the way In other shops and I simply refuse to make a purchase in places where exemptions are challenged and will go online or elsewhere , so the fact your colleague was obviously well aware of disability laws and good treatment for customers meant your company got the £1300 sale as I would have walked away and bought elsewhere had he not had such a welcoming manner. Keep up the good work - the high street needs this inclusive attitude for shops to survive against online.
