We were greeted on entering the shop, the staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. We were given time to look round and did not feel pressured at any time. We were offered a cuppa 👍

First time in this shop and was very pleased with the service and the assistant was very helpful went back today about something and going out the door a lady was coming into the store and said to me in passing the staff are so helpful which I thought was lovely

The sales advisor was very friendly and welcoming, had great product knowledge and was comfortably confident talking us through the various options that the sleepmatch machine had given us (which is a great machine). The pillows that we bought were fantastic and looking forward to the mattress being delivered next week. Very happy and satisfied with our visit to the Ayr store.
