Andy answered all questions we had, made our day a little bit brighter with his banter and manner. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and felt as if nothing was too much hassle. In many years I have not received even close to the shopping experience I did when dealing with Andy, highly recommend him to anyone I can.

As soon as I walked in the store the guy who helped was really friendly and attentive. Offered me to use the system that works out the best mattresses for my liking and then let guided me round them all, before leaving me to go back to any specific ones.
