We came to dreams to purchase bed and frame. We were offered to try the sleep match machine, which was highly helpful in choosing the correct mattress for our specific needs. Steve was amazing at showing us around our chosen mattresses, and was really knowledgeable in all types of mattress. He allowed us to take the time to make our choice, until we were happy with the right one. Steve and his colleague were both really friendly and made you feel at ease. The ordering part was a breeze, and we were given options on dates for delivery. Also the PPE and hygiene was great, and we were offered water. We will definitely return in future to dreams.

Shop set up well for social distancing. Sales assistant very patient with us as we had our one year old with us at the time. Sales assistant, Denise, is very knowledgeable about products available and showed us an appropriate amount of options. Very personable experience. Wouldn't hesitate to visit dreams again.

The Staff were both very helpful and knowledgable. We felt under no pressure at any time .

Denise greeted us at the door to assess our needs but allowed us time on our own to walk around the store before taking us to be sleep tested which allowed us to feel like we could ask for help at any given point but not pressured or off put by a lingering sales person. We were in need of buying a bed and mattress however it wasn’t yet a priority and had it not been for the service we received by Denise we would definitely have looked in the store and left without buying anything.
