The placement and guidance on safety and ppe when entering the store was reassuring and very welcome. This action from the salespeople allayed any Covid anxiety that I had. I was offered an ice cold bottle of water which was also welcome on a hot day. When purchasing the mattress i didn’t experience any strong arm sales tactics which I had in other bed shops which was welcome. The sales experience felt more like education and guidance to get exactly what was going to be best for me and my sleeping comfort. Thank you to the team you were all immense.
