I visited the Ayr store, and also a competitor bensons for beds in the same Shopping area. The shopping experience from first impressions to the service was miles better than your nearest competitor.

Denise was amazing on our first visit. We didn't buy in this visit as we were unsure of sizes. Second visit within 2 days had really good customer care and our order was processed in no time

Denise and Kieran were excellent on the two occasions I visited the store. Denise was v ery polite and professional making sure to find the perfect bed and pillows and taking the time to do so. Kieran assisted me in purchasing the items on my next visit and again was very efficient and polite. All round good experience and found myself the perfect bed.

We walked into the Ayr store to be instantly greeted by Gareth, who made it, by far, the best customer experience for us. He was very helpful, professional and we also had a great laugh with him.

Staff at Ayr were very helpful. Kieran although still learning was pleasant to deal with. I liked the sleep match machine it was a bit of fun. Should have been called the dream machine but thats just my opinion.

Andrew and Gareth were very thorough with their knowledge of the products and helped myself and my partner choose the bed that was completely right for us. They made sure were were comfortable at all times, asking us if we would like tea/coffee or anything else. Their price knowledge was great and they knew of all promotions and could take us through them in detail. Great service from them today, thank you!
