I cannot thank Steve and Andrew enough for helping us with our purchase. Their knowledge of products and advice on what suits our preferences was second to none. They made us feel very comfortable in what would otherwise be a very vulnerable and intimate shopping experience. We came away very happy with our decision.

We were purchasing a bed for our teenage daughter and Denise was incredibly helpful and helped her pick the best bed and mattress for her needs.

The Manager of the store dealt with us. He was very helpful and listened to what we thought we wanted. He offered us 2 or 3 comparisons and allowed us time to prevaricte

I was not put under any pressure to buy

Denise was very knowledgable and took a lot of time helping mum find the correct mattress type required and a lovely frame for it.

Andrew (Ayr Branch) was very pleasant and helpful. Knew his job. Order is due in two weeks so cannot answer question about how good the products are.

We were taken by the hand the minute we walked in the door and everything was explained to us in detail. We tried out various mattresses and finally agreed on one. We also were offer tea or coffee.
