I thought the staff were very attentive and had a good knowledge of the products and were able to help us make an informed decision. We visit another store directly after but were unimpressed so returned the same day to purchase the mattress that we felt suited our needs.

From the minute we walked into the shop we were greeted warmly but never once were we pressured into anything. Both members of staff gave us a very friendly and warm welcome. Gareth talked us through everything and answered any questions we had expertly.

Andrew was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We used the sleep mapping bed to help us find the right mattress. It was probably the best service I have had in any store. Gareth who was also present was really great with our toddler who took a shine to him. Even though we came in late in the day, we never felt rushed and the guys went over and above to help us find what we were looking for. Due to them we will be using dreams for any future bed purchases and will be recommending the company. Great service and great products.
